Located on the ground floor of town hall the Public Forum is a large chamber built to house events for locals such as debates, elections, and community meetings. In light of recent events, Town Council has designated the Public Forum Chambers as the emergency meeting spot for locals in case of another attack.

Ambassador to the Magical Congress' Office
Once a sleepy office in the basement of Town Hall, it is now the center of activity surrounding the investigation of the attacks while also serving as a liaison between the town and archeologist studying the ruins. As the Magical Congress begins to focus more closely on the island after the murders it would probably be best to make an appointment if you expect to get seen.

The most prominent building in Harbor Town, its spire is seen piercing the skyline as you leave the docks. This is where town council meets and holds public forums. This building also houses the offices for the Ambassador to the Magical Congress and the Office of Magical Law Enforcement. All announcements regarding island policy will be found here. Decrees from the Council are considered required reading and compliance is mandatory.
